Shipping info

We use trusted shipping companies such as PostNord or DHL to handle your products. The shipping cost depends on the weight of your package, which you'll see during checkout. All orders come with tracking, and we'll email you when your package is on its way.

Delivery

After you place an order, we will carefully pack your items within 1-5 business days. Following this, the delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days from receiving it. After 14 days, a refund or exchange cannot be provided. Please contact meri.kristen@gmail.com if you wish to return your products before sending them.
Ensure that your items remain unused and in the same condition as when received, and use the original packaging for the return
